Requirements
Active California Physical Therapy License (or PTLA status) required Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical interest in orthopedics, manual therapy, and strength-based rehab are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills, including strength and sport-specific training Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in external continuing education annually Enthusiasm for mentoring students and participating in clinical education
Preferred: Advanced certifications such as OCS, SCS, CHT, COMT or enrollment in post-professional fellowship programs
Part time or per diem schedules available, Flexibility with hours and schedule
Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days annually

Annual reimbursement for California PT license renewal , CPR certification and COMT certification
